The 7665 contains two individually programmable voltage detectors on a single chip. Featuring and operating current of less the 3uA, the device is intended for battery-operated systems and instruments that require high or low-voltage warnings, settable trip points oral monitoring, and correction. Typical applications include battery backup computer memories, test instruments, radiation dosimeters, pocket pagers, portable calibrators, and charging systems.
