Electric Bilge Pump with a turbine for low voltage, 24 volt DC electric systems. The external case is made of plastic shock-proof ABS material. The lower suction mouth is equipped with non-clogging holes and can be extracted by applying light pressure on the two side tongues. All models are electrically watertight, conforming to the directive 94/25EC, and have been tested and certified according to the ISO 8846 and ISO 8849 standards.
This automatic bilge pump is electronically controlled. It needs no sensor, float switch, diaphragm, points, or reed. The control unit in the pump automatically checks the bilge every few minutes. If no water is present, the pump does not run. Otherwise, the pump runs until the water is pumped out. When the pump is overloaded, it stops automatically to prevent damage to the pump.
