The YX-X804 is an automatic power failure voltage change over module. The first input is usually connected to a low voltage output, mains power supply. The second input is usually connected to a battery. When the first input is powered the load will receive power from this input. On mains failure the unit will power the load from the second input. The operating voltage of the two inputs and the load must be the same.
