The MF10 is a dual 2nd order, switched capacitor, state variable filer. Each of the two filter sections uses two switched capacitor integrators and an op-amp to generate a second-order function. The location of the poles (and thus the center frequency and Q) is determined by the frequency of an external clock and 2 to 4 external resistors. No external capacitors are used.
