Transistor Heat Sink Adaptor, TO5/TO39
A convenient method of mounting TO5 and TO39 devices. Aluminium oxide
washer provides thermal contact with heat sink or chassis and gives electrical
isolation. Thermal resistance between transistor case and heat sink 10
°C/W. M3 nylon screw and bush supplied.
