Transistor Mica Mounting Kits
Mica insulating washers and insulating bushes for mounting power devices on to heatsinks. Heatsink compound should be applied to both sides of the washer to ensure good thermal transfer characteristics.
Conductive Transistor Mount Kits
A range of dry thermally conductive washers for use as an alternative
to silicon filled grease, where electrical conductivity together with excellent
heat transfer is required. Thermal performance is comparable to that of
silicon filled grease but with no shrinkage or drying out over long periods
of time. Low electrical resistance is achieved together with a clean assembly
process giving fast consistent results.
Stud Mount Transistor, Kits
Kits for semiconductors with 10-32 UNF mounting studs.
Kits for semiconductors with ¼-28 UNF mounting studs.
Transistor Pads
Transistor pads which provide a convenient method of giving p.c. mounted transistors mechanical support. Two styles are available:
TO5 providing a 2·8 mm spacing for three or four lead devices.
Material: Black flame-retardant polypropylene. Max. operating temperature
100°C.
TO92 suitable for TO92 and TO98, three lead devices and features a "lead spreader" which enables in-line lead types to be spread to the TO5 lead pattern. Height above aboard 3·0 mm. Material: Black flame-retardant glass filled Nylon. Max. operating temperature 120°C.
