HEAT SHRINK SLEEVING

A highly flexible polyolefin tubing which will shrink in a ratio of 2:1 by heating above 120° C. Continuous operation from -55°C to +135°C with short duration capability to +300° C.

Supplied in lengths of 1 Meter or longer in the following colours: Black, Blue, Clear, Green/Yellow, Red, Yellow.

Bore sizes in mm BEFORE SHRINKING: 1.2, 1.6, 2.4, 3.2, 4.8, 6.4, 9.5, 12.7, 19.1, 25.4, 38.1, 50.8

Also available, FROM STOCK, in reels up to 200M in length.

3:1 heat shrinkable sleeving

A general purpose, black, flexible polyolefin tubing which will shrink in a ratio of 3:1 by heating above 120° C. Continuous operation from -75°C to +135°C. Suitable for a wide range of uses including military and professional electronics and Industrial electronics manufacturing.

Applications include insulation, marking, strain relieving, building of wire bundles, colour coding and identification and mechanical protection.

Dialectric strength: 25KV/mm

Supplied in lengths of 1.2 meters.

Kynar high temperature semi rigid sleeving

A clear semi rigid UL APPROVED heat shrink sleeving with a shrink  ratio of 2:1 by heating above 170°C. Ideally suited for applications requiring a high operating temperature with good chemical and mechanical resistance. Flame retardent to VW-1, resistant to fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid.

Meets UL242 and approved to MIL-1-23053/8. Operating temperature -55°C to +175°C. Dielectric strength 32kV/mm minimum.

Supplied in lengths of 1.2 meters in the following bore sizes in mm BEFORE SHRINKING: 1.2, 1.6, 2.4, 3.2, 4.8, 6.4, 9.5, 12.7, 19.5

Adhesive lined heat shrinkable sleeving

A flexible cross-linked, heat shrinkable tubing  with an integral adhesive inner lining. Manufactured from a special polyolefin material that is rated for continuous operation at 125°C. As the tubing shrinks, the inner adhesive liner melts and flows to seal and encapsulate components contained within. Supplied in black colour which is flame retardant and conforms to UL requirements. Its 3:1 shrink ratio facilitates the standardization of sizes over a wide range of diameters. Resistant to oils, fuels and water.

Supplied in lengths of 1.2 meters in the following bore sizes in mm BEFORE SHRINKING:
3.2, 4.8, 6.4, 9.5, 12.7

Heatshrink sleeving kit

A heatshrink sleeving kit which comprises a wide variety of the most commonly used bore sizes and colours of 2:1 shrink ratio sleeving. Supplied in pre-cut lengths as specified in the table here under. Ideally suited to research and development establishments, workshops and schools.
